Thursday 4th June 2020

4/6/2020

Good morning ladies!

We had a lovely day yesterday chatting to you and your parents on the phone. We are so proud of the way you are engaging with the work we are setting you. It's not easy to stay motivated when working at home all these months. But all of you are working away in whatever way that suits you. Keep up the good work!

June Work Pack
  • For June, we have eased the workload for you to be doing at home.
  • We would like you to do a smaller bit of English, Irish, Maths every day. (Scroll down through it to find spellings and the Maths work we are setting.)
  • We would like you to continue your Daily Well-Being Task and P.E. every day.
  • If you go to Ms Hanly/Ms Ferriter for English and Maths groups, their work is included in our work pack.
  • Have a go at the daily Whole-School Activity, these are daily tasks in subjects like history, geography, science, music, drama, art and P.E. For today, the lovely Ms Behan has a fun history activity for you to try today! Click HERE and scroll down to 4th June to see it!

When chatting to you yesterday, some of you said that you weren't sure where to find the work for June. So we'll give you some ways to find it:
  • Click HERE and scroll down to "Class work 2nd-12th June" and select 4th Class.
  • OR download the file below.

A Note from Ms Behan
Good morning girls!
It was so nice to get to talk to so many of you yesterday! If you haven't gotten a call from me yet, you should hear from me today or tomorrow.
I'm really excited to see you on the Zoom call! A few girls didn't get permission sent back in time, but if that happened, don't worry, we'll hopefully do another one soon!
Bring some of your artwork to the call so that you can show us what you've done!
Try your best with the work today and let me know if you need a hand with anything. You can email me from a parent's email address at [email protected].
See you later!
Ms Behan 😊

A Note from Ms Smith
Hello girls, how are you doing?
I had a lovely time chatting to you and some of your parents yesterday on the phone! You made my day and I really enjoyed our chats! If you haven't gotten a call from me yet, you should hear from me today or tomorrow.
I'm really excited to see you on the Zoom call! A few girls didn't get permission sent back in time or won't be available, but if that happened, don't worry, we'll hopefully do another one soon!
Bring some of your artwork to the call so that you can show us what you've done!
As always if you need any help leave a comment below, even if it’s just to say hi. If you want to message me privately from a parent's email during school hours, my email is [email protected]
Have a good day,
Ms Smith 😊

Hi Jodi, yes there are lots of rules like that- make sure you read the contract again before you join in to refresh your memory. Looking forward to see you later!
