Tastebuds is a two-part resources that allows children aged 8-11 learn about a balanced and healthy diet. The first part, Food for Life, aims to help children make healthier choices by learning more about the different types of food their body needs to help them grow, learn and have fun.
The second part, The Healthy Choices session, aims to help children understand that meals can have foods from different parts of the Food Pyramid. It aims to help them think about the different types of food they eat and how they can make healthier choices.
