pancake tuesday

We had lots of fun making healthy pancakes today. They were so easy to make. 

We made one type using eggs and banana and another type using eggs and porridge oats. The porridge pancakes were a definite favourite in the class. 
Ms Rooney gave us a helping hand and was a pro at flipping the pancakes.

We even learned a new poem:

Mix a pancake,
Stir a pancake,
Toss it in a pan.

Fry a pancake,
Toss a pancake,
Catch it if you can.
