We hope you had a good start to the week and if not, Tuesday is a chance to change all that. Make a plan for the day and think about the things and you should do/would like to do and come up with a list!
In my house we have a small table tennis table and it has entertained myself and my family throughout this quarantine. I would like to say I'm improving...but that's being kind to myself. I know everyone may not have a garden/safe space to play in but I found this video that helps you to practice your basketball skills from the comfort of your own bedroom or sitting room. Give it a try, a picture of it by email - we'd love to see it. I'll post our email addresses below to remind you.
