Friday's Exercise: Reverse Lunges Set the timer to 100 seconds Start in a standing position with legs together. Step one leg back, bringing your knee to the floor. Saturday's Exercise: Step Ups Set the timer to 100 seconds Find something secure you can step up on. Place one foot up and step up with the other foot. Make sure your legs and back are straight and you are standing tall. Step back to the floor with both feet. This is one rep. Repeat and see how many reps you can complete in 100 seconds.
