Thank you for your lovely message. I'm keeping well but like you I am looking forward to returning to school! I miss all the girls I teach and look forward to seeing them and teaching them in person! Look after yourself. Do your best!

Hello Molly, it's so lovely to hear form you! I hope that you and your family are keeping well and safe. l'm delighted that you're starting a happy thoughts journal - keep filling your bucket up with positivity! I have a gratitude journal that I write in daily - three things that I'm grateful for. I've also begun mindfulness colouring and drawing. It's very relaxing and makes me happy. Let me know how you get on. Take care of yourself.
