With the end of November here, we have had another busy month in the school. The girls have been getting excited about the Christmas concert, having auditioned for roles in the play, learning their lines and lyrics, and have already started rehearsals on the big stage. It is a big production, and we cannot wait for you all to attend the concerts and see how talented everyone is when they perform for you.
Another big event at our school in November is our annual whole-school trip to the Panto in the Helix. This year, the incredible Lola, Buddy, Laurel and friends put on the fantastic ‘The Snow Queen’. It was a play on the movie Frozen, with Jack Frost as the villain. The show tied in many of 2025 pop culture references and songs, from Frozen, K-pop Demon Hunters, Lady Gaga, giant dancing La Bubu Dolls, unboxing trends, the great Troy Parrott hat-trick goal that got Ireland into the play-offs for the World Cup, and, of course, the famous ‘67’ reference. Lola even interacted with two of our staff members who were close to the stage. Isn't that right, Paddy and Mary? The girls had an absolute blast, singing and dancing throughout the show, and are already looking forward to which show they will see with Lola, Buddy, and Laurel next year.

Our November assembly was jam-packed with students coming up to ‘Celebrate Success’, where they could show the whole school anything they have achieved in competitions or activities, from GAA, dance, football, and gymnastics. We also encourage our students to showcase their creativity, such as drawings, knitting, loom band making, homemade squishy creations, writings, poems and even Christmas decorations. We are so proud of every student for their hard work and courage in showing what they have achieved.
Congratulations to all students who had 100% attendance in November, and to our Principal award winners.
